
In order to understand which steps you will be going throughwhen you apply for our programs and services, it is important to read carefullythe following instructions and to get familiar with the application procedure.
Application Procedure of Internship Program /Volunteer Program
Step1: Apply Online
Fill the online Application form (available upon request on PDF via email), then send us your CV/Resume at inquiry@goabroadchina.org.
Step 2: Interview
Our program coordinator will set an appointment according to your availability and conduct a 20-minutes interview with you over telephone or Skype. We will assess your motivations, education background and previous experiences and will confirm together your project with Go Abroad China and your specific requirements.
You will be informed by email of our final assessment concerning your application within 2-3working days.
If you succeed with your application you’ll receive an email which will formally invite you to ourprogram and detail how to confirm this place.
Step 3: Firstpayment
If you are successful, you’ll need to confirm your place on our program by proceeding to the first payment of US$300 (US$100application fee and US$200 program deposit). We also need you to send us a copyof your passport and the scan copy of the signed Program Agreement. Once we receive your payment and the required documents, you will have formally joined our program.
We will then proceed to your application and make arrangements with your specific requirements immediately.
Step 4: Formal placement
We will send you a formal proposal with the Internship or Volunteer (according to the program you chose) positions available for you within 2 to 3 weeks. If those positions didn’t fit your expectations for some reason, GAC would provide you with a few more offers within 2 to 3 additional weeks.
Step 5: Confirmation
Since our position offers are highly competitive, we recommend the applicant to secure his position as soon as possible. Once you confirm your choice of placement, we will send you all the details of your Intern or Volunteer placement as well as a three-party contract (You, Go Abroad China and the company/organization taking you as an Intern/Volunteer). Please sign the contractand send it back to us by email.
Studentsshould complete the balance payment within one week after their confirmation ofthe arrangement.
Step 6: Welcome
Once we receive the full payment, we will send you the required documents for your visa application. You can apply for a China visa at your nearest Chinese embassy or consulate. For more information, click here.
You will also receive our pre-departure package which contains all the information you need regarding your upcoming trip including the housing details.
Send an emailto advise GAC of your arrival information, including date, time of arrival,airline, flight number, and place of departure, so that GAC program coordinator arranges your airport reception. Please give us this information as soon aspossible. And then relax, your application is over, and we welcome you to China soon!
Application Procedure of Language Programs /High School Program
Step1: Apply Online
Fill the online Application form(available upon request through email). Then send us your passport copy, your resume, and a copy of your latest Academic diploma or Certificate of Education at inquiry@goabroadchina.org.
Step 2: Interview
Our program coordinator will set an appointment according to your availability and conduct an interview with youover telephone or Skype. We will assess your motivations, your previous experiences and/or education background and will confirm together your projectwith Go Abroad China. We will send to you by email the outcome of the Interview within 2-3 working days.
Step 3: First payment
If you are successful, you’ll need to confirm your place on our program by proceeding to the first payment of US$300 (US$100 application fee and US$200 programdeposit). Once we receive your payment, you will have formally join the program.
We also need you to send us a copy of your passport.
We will then proceed to your application and make arrangements with your specific requirements immediately.

Step 5: Confirmation
Complete the balance payment within one week after confirmation of the arrangement. Once full payment is made, you can email the scanned copy of bank receipt for the program fees paid to GAC.

Notice:
Please note that the application fee and program deposit are non-refundable except under certain conditions, as outlined in the Program Terms &Conditions. If GAC doesn’t provide you with a suitable internship placement beforethe program starts, the program deposit would be totally refunded.
Please notethat Go Abroad China will try to provide alternate placement if you don’t like the arrangement after your arrival.
The programdeposit of US$200 will be deducted from your total program fees when making the balance payment.
If registering late, and the program starts within 4 weeks, then full paymentis required in order to quickly finalize confirmations. GAC has an open-door,rolling admissions policy for all programs. Even if it’s close to the starting date you wish to attend, please contact GAC. Space may be available!
