Go Abroad China - One on One Tutoring - Overview


Go Abroad China One on One Tutoring Programs are designed specifically with the needs and goals of each student in mind. It offers participants the opportunity to learn Chinese, when, where and how they desire. This program is available for all ages.

Our tutors are native Chinese university graduates with at least two years experience in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.They will customize individual study plans based on student's Chinese levels and desired study fields. Private tutoring start times, weekly schedules, and study durations are completely flexible.


Students can study general Chinese, business Chinese, HSK preparation or a variety of other Chinese language course topics and areas, like business, law, commerce, current affairs, reading, speaking, etc.

One on One Tutoring - Components


The Go Abroad China Chinese language immersion programs consist of three components:


Core language classes

GAC one-on-one tutoring program consists of 4-6 hours of study per day, split between morning and afternoon, or evening. Sessions are held in the comfort of your accommodations, campus, cafe and/or our offices. The duration of the program ranges from 1 week to 3 months, and you decide on the start date.


Students can study general Chinese, business Chinese, HSK preparation or a variety of other Chinese language course topics and areas, like business, law, commerce, current affairs, reading, speaking, etc.

Our teachers are evaluated by their students every three weeks and by their supervisor once a month. The feedback is used to help the teachers improve their craft and grow into the most effective teacher possible.


Language Exchange

Getting to know locals is an integral part of the program. If you choose shared apartment with Chinese, it provides language and cultural interaction between participants and Chinese local people, marking the beginning of many lasting friendships. Cultural Electives, Social Activities and Guided Tours

GAC believes that in order to learn a language quickly and effectively, understanding and immersing deep into the culture is not only important but beneficial for the students who are enrolled in our programs. We have exciting electives and activities for all age groups,which includes many social and cultural activities and also guided tours and excursions across China.Exciting opportunities to learn Mandarin Chinese in an out-of-class setting are also on offer for our students.
